The competition requires students to submit a recipe using a Quorn ingredient as the central protein, together with an image of the dish.

The programme will support 56 apprentices across the company’s five UK villages and company headquarters.

It plans to do this through its ‘via Foodbuy’ concept, which explains how the company links together suppliers and clients.
