Abstract
The annual Association of Catering Excellence (ACE) Quiz Night will take place on 18 April at Lloyds of London.
The competition sees teams from across the catering industry compete for the honour of ACE Quiz champions 2018.
Evolve Hospitality has been named as the headline sponsor for the night which will also involve a raffle in aid of The Wiggly Worm charity.
