The Springboard Awards are simple and free to enter. Participants are required to submit an 800 word or a short video entry. Caffe Nero to open three new stores at Heathrow Terminal 2

Caffè Nero will be opening two units in arrivals and one airside, offering customers several new elements and features. The total size for the three units will be over 11,500 square feet offering over 350 covers, the largest amount of space awarded to a food and beverage brand at Terminal 2.

The OnePoll survey also found that 64% of consumers rated the coffee served in independent and fine dining establishments as excellent or good, compared to only 22% in fast food outlets and just 10% in pubs. When ordering coffee taste outweighs price – 68% of respondents rated quality as a very important or important factor.

The new sustainability rating will now be rolled out to a variety of destinations including shopping centres, airports, stadiums and stations as retailers and restaurants increasingly seek to demonstrate their approach to responsible business. The SRA has been rating individual restaurant businesses on their sustainability credentials for the past three years and a Sustainability Champion rating of up to Three Stars is awarded following assessment across three main areas: Sourcing, Environment and Society.
