The dinner is being hosted by the stadium’s catering partner, Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events and is being supported by the Ministry of Defence.
The new café, situated in the newly restored Engine House building, will form an essential part of the visitor experience.

The catering operation at the museum will include a welcoming café in the main hall, a restaurant with outdoor terrace overlooking the River Tay and a number of event spaces.

HB’s Restaurant is named after the former vice chairman of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, who died suddenly in October 1980 while travelling on the team coach to a match at Stoke City.
The restaurant will run a bi-monthly guest chef programme every evening, and head chef Graham Blower will offer modern, informal all-day dining from brunch through to lunch and afternoon tea.
