Abstract
Café and restaurant operators Prescott and Conran will open Parabola restaurant, alongside a cocktail bar and coffee and juice counter at the new Design Museum on Kensington High Street, London.
The restaurant will run a bi-monthly guest chef programme every evening, and head chef Graham Blower will offer modern, informal all-day dining from brunch through to lunch and afternoon tea.
Parabola, which is named after the mid-century modern roof of the building, will overlook the atrium of the museum and the treetops of Holland Park.
The coffee and juice counter will offer eat-in or takeaway healthy breakfasts, protein-rich salads and sandwiches as well as cake and biscuits in the afternoon.
The Design Museum opens on November 24th.
