Atherton’s new role and his belief in the importance of giving back to the industry will have a real and direct impact.   Atherton has been a long-time supporter of Hospitality Action and in 2009 took part in a “Great British Menu” themed dinner alongside Tom Kitchin and Glynn Purnell.
