Research conducted by industry social media expert Digital Blonde found that chefs are very social media savvy with 92.5% using it for personal use and 84.9% using it for work purposes.

Lindley Heritage has been brought on board to enhance the visitor experience at the River & Rowing Museum’s Terrace Café and conference and banqueting facilities.   The appointment is Lindley Heritage’s second museum contract win. The deal is part of a £5 million-plus catering contract by The RAF Museum in Colindale, North London.

The new space will offer passengers an experience combining the finest Italian coffee with a selection of international newspapers, glossy magazines and coffee table books.  The Terminal 2 store will also feature an airport first – a ‘wall of Vogue’ displaying editions of the fashion magazine from a selection of countries worldwide. The menu will be founded in Italian cuisine with a selection of seasonal sandwiches and pastries designed in consultation with renowned Italian chefs and patisseries such as Salvatore de Riso.
