The 46-year-old joins the national contract catering specialist from BaxterStorey where he filled a similar role for close to four years. Prior to that, he worked for the Compass Group. Cooke, who has a craft-based background, will be responsible for retaining and developing the portfolio of Catermasters clients in London.
