Designed to help tackle the skills shortage and the need to recruit young blood to the foodservice industry, it has already been used by Lincat Catering Equipment and Target Catering Equipment.
The caterer, led by chief executive Bill Toner, merged with B&I specialist Harbour & Jones and event management company Concerto in 2017.
It will include an ‘exclusive’ tour of the stadium including the new East Stand and its catering facilities.
