Vivienne Palmer joins Manitowoc in the newly created role of role of field marketing manager, E-IMEA. The five-year, £2.4m contract is based at the college’s split campus site in Birkenhead.   Under the contract, the Conway Park campus features a refurbished ground floor reception and catering area, creating a new ‘grab and go’ outlet and a new social space for students.   Designed together with both students and the college, the food offer also features internationally-influenced street food such as cajun spiced Quorn Jambalya and Peri Peri chicken, and theatre cookery creating dishes such as Char Sui pork wrap.
