In the final competitors are required to prepare cook and present four portions of a grab & go/breaktime savoury snack with a total cost per head of 80p.
The cook-off took place on Tuesday 4th June at Weston College and it involved two other school chefs from the region. Paul has won £100 and the chance to win the national final of SCOTY.
The keynote address will take place at 3.45pm on Thursday 4th July.
