The report is from a round table discussion on 'Personalisation, Nutrition and the Role of Community Meals' chaired by Baroness Sally Greengross.

The celebrity chef was appointed by the NHS in 2001 to revamp hospital menus as part of the 'Better Hospital Food Initiative'.

According to Emma Hockridge, a spokesperson for the Soil Association, healthy produce that is sourced from the local area could be an option for such organisations.
