Announced at Midcounties Co-operative Food’s annual supplier conference in Longhope, Gloucestershire, the technology will aim to encourage more transparency in the food chain.
The education catering company will run services across the school, providing students with a range of nutritional and healthy choices, including a grab & go selection and the ‘global adventure
The programme includes speakers such as Myles Bremner, director of education at the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation, who will give a case study on the food education learning landscape.
