The 10–year-old, who goes to Longton’s St Gregory’s Catholic Academy, won the title after beating off competition from 29 children from 20 primary schools across Stoke-on-Trent.
The study, published in the British Food Journal, is based on interviews with a small sample of nine to 11 year olds attending an after school club in the West Midlands area.
