Abstract
Brakes launched its autumn/winter product collection at a three-day event attended by customers in the B&I, healthcare, education, pubs and restaurant sectors.
The event was hosted at Brakes’ Covent Garden headquarters and gave customers the opportunity to tour a number of themed zones with specific areas relevant to care homes, hospitals, coffee shops, street food and Christmas.
Brakes’ team of development chefs demonstrated how customers could get the best out of the new products whilst category and sector specialists were on hand to share sales ideas as well as offering their insight into current flavour and menu trends.
