RECIPE ALLERGENS:
UNCLE BEN’S KORMA SAUCE – MILK
BREAD SLICES – WHEAT
MAYONNAISE – EGG & MUSTARD
Ingredients
- 110g Uncle Ben’s Korma Sauce
- 20 Bread slices
- 550g Chicken breast, roasted and diced
- 110g Mayonnaise
- 28g Mango chutney
- Handful of salad leaves
Preparation method
1. Whisk the Uncle Ben’s Korma Sauce into the mayonnaise then add the mango chutney and some salad leaves
2. Fold in the diced chicken and prepare the sandwich as normal
3. Garnish with the remaining salad leaves
