Abstract
To celebrate the 175th anniversary of Knorr, the Unilever Food Solutions brand is offering packs of bouillon to chefs willing to contribute their ‘first’ kitchen memories.

Charlotta Oldham, category manager for Knorr Bouillon, said: “We want to know your first memory of being in the kitchen - nothing else. Was it walking in for the first time and not knowing what was expected of you?

“Perhaps it was the first time you, as a head chef, reprimanded a member of your team?  Or were you the one in the firing line, but now remember it as a great piece of advice that you continue to pass onto others?

“Perhaps it was the first time your soufflé rose after so many flat attempts?

“Whatever your memory, Knorr wants to know. Be one of the first 175 chefs to share your experiences and win a free 1kg pack of Knorr Vegetable Paste Bouillon.

“At Knorr, we love doing what we do because we remember those ‘first’ moments that made us the business we are today. It’s these ‘firsts’ that have shaped you into the chef you are and we really want to hear your stories.

“Whether it’s a good or bad memory, we want you to share these with us and join us in celebrating our 175th Anniversary.”
