His triumph came in the BPEX Foodservice Pork Product of the Year competition 2012, which recognises quality pork products and dishes that can be found on menus in pubs, restaurants, schools and hotel

They have won through to the final round of a competition organised by the Duchess of Cornwall called Cook for The Queen, which invited schools throughout the country to create a special menu.
