The contract, which will start in April, includes catering and hospitality at seven sites in Belfast, Coleraine and Ballymena.
The four day show welcomes visitors from every sector of hospitality such as restaurants, pubs, cafes, contract catering, casual dining, the cost sector, and hotels.
The contract is the latest of 25 prison projects that WhitCo has successfully completed, not including all of the refurbishments and smaller schemes that it has been involved in or other privately
The chicken concept has been introduced at 250 business and industry, and higher education sites across the country and the caterer has reported an on-site sales increase of 30% in the first month.
The awards will be held at a presentation party at 3:30pm on Tuesday 17th November, the first day of the Food Matters Live event at Excel in London’s Docklands.
The event saw 691 people enjoy a cream tea party, beating the previous world record of 537, which was set in Australia.
The list, printed in the Sunday Times and compiled by Fast Track, ranks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies by sales.
Prue Leith, food critic and writer presented the awards, saying: “The Catering Mark Awards are the real deal.
