Brian Robb, Chair of the Hospital Caterers Association (HCA) talked about the future of the catering service within Hospitals and changes to the HCA in an interview with David Foad, editor at Public Sector Catering.
It was followed by a Q&A with Brian and a panel of guests from the 4 Nations so that questions could be answered with a view from all the devolved nations. The panel included:
