Atosa introduces combi oven range

Atosa, part of the Yindu Group, has extended their product portfolio and have introduced their range of combi ovens.

Available in a variety of options for both Gastronome and Bakery options. The collection includes EPC0511E1 (5 Trays GN1/1), EPC0711E2 (7 Trays GN1/1), EPC1011E2 (10 Trays GN1/1), EPC0621E2 (6 Trays GN2/1, 600 x 400), EPC1021E3 (10 Trays GN2/1, 600 x 400).

With an intuitive 10” Intelligent Touch Screen Display, your combi oven allows you to instantly start creating great quality food, with recipe book included which allow you to access pre-defined recipes as well as the ability to add your own.

To ensure that food is prepared correctly, a multipoint core probe with four measuring points is provided to support optimal cooking and monitoring. The Smart Cooking feature allows you to continuously and automatically monitor each-cooking process to ensue uniformity and performance.

Maintenance of the combi oven is key and has a dedicated washing system with integrated and separate trays for detergent and descaling agent, with a retractable showerhead included, with five automated washing modes, ensuring optimal hygiene and effective scale removal.

The Atosa combi ovens are on the forefront of technology, with Wi-Fi connectivity, remote access and a dedicated remote-control APP, which provides comprehensive recipe book management and real-time cooking timer. Monitoring is available on both iOS and Android devices, with an option to be receive instant alerts for any detected cooking anomalies.
