Abstract
Unilever Food Solutions has appointed Tim Franklin-Heys as head of its culinary services team.
Franklin-Heys has been with the company for 13 years. He has recently redeveloped the eatz4u solutions programme and helped deliver it to local education authorites across the UK; worked with leading contract caterers such as Compass, Sodexo, Elior, Aramark and ISS; and supported the development of numerous food concepts for customers. He commented on his new position: "I'm delighted to be taking on this important role within the business. My passion has never been stronger and I believe my experience and knowledge of the challenges chefs face everyday in a professional kitchen will help strengthen our position. I've got an extremely talented team working alongside me and together, we'll be foucsing on working closely with our customers to give them the solutions they need. Tracey Rogers, managing director of Unilever Food Solutions, added: "Tim's been an incredibly valuable asset over the last 10 years. He understands our business inside out and has what it takes to bring out the best in his team and our range of ingredients and services. He's a great ambassador and will continue to work with both new and existing customers to demonstrate how we can benefit their businesses."
