Abstract
Raymond Blanc will be joining Bruno Loubet in the kitchen next month at the award winning Bistrot Bruno Loubet for an evening in aid of Hospitality Action.
Blanc and Loubet will be cooking a special menu and tickets are strictly limited. The evening includes Champagne and canapé reception, four courses and wine, all for £95 per person.
Bistrot Bruno Loubet opened in February 2010 at The Zetter Hotel, Clerkenwell. Loubet worked for Raymond Blanc as head chef of Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saison and Le Petit Blanc in Oxford.
Hospitality Action is the trade charity offering a lifeline to people of all ages, working and retired, from the hospitality industry. The charity also supports people suffering from life altering illnesses, experiencing poverty, bereavement and domestic violence and helps people with sick and disabled children.
