Abstract
A line up of top chefs has been unveiled to take centre stage at the Masterclass Theatre at this year's Hotel and Catering Show in March.
The Masterclass Theatre, sponsored by Nestlé Professional brand CHEF, Bournemouth and Poole College and Robot Coupe and backed by media partner Eat Out, will play host to a range of culinary events.
The chef line-up will include television chef James Tanner, Michelin-starred chef, Simon Hulstone, as well as BBC Two's Masterchef: The Professionals' semi finalist, Alice Churchill and the renowned Cyrus Todiwala.
Churchill said: "Being a part of Masterchef The Professionals was amazing and I am now concentrating on becoming the best chef I can be. The experience gained while working at Maze has been fantastic and I am due to take up a position with Michel Roux Jr's team at Le Gavroche later this year.
"The Hotel and Catering Show is a highlight on the hospitality industry's calendar and to be invited to cook live in front of the Show's audience will be a great opportunity."
Show organiser Anna Wallis added: "The Masterclass Theatre will be a hub of activity at the Show with top chefs from some of the UK's leading kitchens providing exciting demonstrations. Providing visitors with the chance to learn some cookery secrets from the experts, this feature at the Show is a must for people who are interested in the finest produce and how to get the most out of it."
The show takes place at the Bournemouth International Centre on 15 and 16 March.
