All 12 of The Lead Association of Catering in Education’s (LACA) School Chef of the Year finalists will appear on The One Show today (Wednesday 6 March).
They will appear live on the hour-long show, a day before the final held at the Stratford Manor Hotel, representing school chefs from around the country.
Joined by Masterchef judges Greg Wallace and John Torode, they will be able to gather a few last minute tips before they cook for the title of School Chef of the Year 2019.
