Abstract
Pizza is now the number one dish on UK menus knocking the beef burger off its long held top spot, according to Horizons latest Menu Trends Report.
Horizons found that pubs have driven the change with the frequency of pizzas on menus increasing from 38% to 50%.
Beef and chicken burgers are still favourites, but have experienced a marked decrease year on year. However, vegetarian burgers experienced an increase of 13% versus last year.
