Rossiter will take to the stage on 2nd March 2011 between 12.30pm and 1.00pm. He commented: "I am looking forward to speaking about such an exciting and thought provoking subject. I believe that to be successful in 2020 we must start now despite the continued tough circumstances we face this coming year. "To ensure the industry has a well equipped and competent workforce in 2020, education and training are vital now as a catalyst to succeed both at home and globally." ScotHot 2011 gives the opportunity for those working in the tourism and hospitality industry to update themselves on the latest developments and take away practical solutions.
