Abstract
Norfolk-based Precision Refrigeration has donated a fridge to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn as part of its promotional campaign.

The ‘nearly new’ fridge was installed on the Rudham Ward to help keep food and drink products chilled.

Nick Williams, managing director for Precision Refrigeration, said: “Like all manufacturers, we always have a stock of ‘nearly new’ products which are in perfectly good working order but can’t be sold as new.

“It’s been a pleasure to help the Rudham Ward at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and it is a great opportunity to be able to give something back to such a worthy recipient who helps so many local people.”

Earlier this month it was announced that Precision Refrigeration donated two fridges to The Army Cadet Force (ACF) at Waterbeach in Cambridgeshire.

Sally Butlin, Rudham Ward sister, added: “Having such donations to the hospital is an important way of delivering the service we need to both staff and patients, as well as managing our budget. We would like to thank Precision for this generous gift which we will all make good use of.”
