Abstract
Nigel Smith, who has worked with big names such as Albert Roux, Paul Heathcote and Anton Edelmann at the Savoy, has been appointed as the consultant development chef for the Country Range brand.
The chef patron at The Villa in Preston, who has hosted his own TV series and appeared on Granada TV and UKTV Food, is a customer of the Country Range Group and uses the brand in his own kitchen.
He will be working with the brand team on product development, creating monthly recipes, and giving product hints and tips for the brand to help customers reap more rewards from their business.
