New chairman appointed at the Foodservice Packaging Association

Whittall has succeeded Greg Fitchett who led the organisation for the past three years. Speaking of his appointment Whittall said: "I'm delighted to take up the position of Chairman of the FPA, as I've been actively involved with the organisation for a number of years and am particularly heartened at the recent growth in membership; this signifies that the FPA is a thriving, relevant Association which offers real value to its members. I look forward to continuing this work and developing the organisation further." The association encourages the use of disposable foodservice packaging by promoting and developing the benefits of hygiene, safety, convenience, economy and environmental superiority.
