Naked Juice brings surfing machine to London this week

7th Jul 2011 - 00:00
Abstract
Naked Juice, the juice smoothies brand from PepsiCo UK & Ireland, has brought a giant surf machine to the heart of London this week and is offering consumers the chance to ride a wave in the capital city for free.
The Naked Urban Surf event, which takes place from 4th-8th July at Broadgate Circle, near Liverpool Street Station in London, forms part of a consumer experiential and awareness campaign that aims to help drive sales. Each participant will receive a tuition by professionals whilst they ride the waves. Anyone who books onto a session at www.nakedjuice.co.uk will receive a free bottle of Naked Juice and VIP treatment. Rival teams can also compete to be crowned Urban Surf Champions 2011. Patrick Kalotis, group marketing director Quaker and Juices, said: "We are thrilled to be bringing the Naked Juice California surf experience to London for the first time. "Naked is a range of premium juice smoothies providing consumers with an invigorating citrus boost to their day and we're hoping our Urban Surf event will deliver the same refreshing exhilaration to hundreds of thrill seekers. "We anticipate that the high level of consumer awareness that this event will create will in turn help drive sales of Naked Juice for retailers."
