Abstract
With oodles of new products, a special VIP guest – seafood supremo Nathan Outlaw and a dazzling display of Japanese cuisine courtesy of a chef team from Benihana Restaurants, visitors to the Major International stand at Hotelympia will not be disappointed.
To mark the show, Major has teamed with Benihana, renowned pioneers of 'entertainment style' Japanese cuisine, to run an easy to enter competition. If you are a caterer and would like to win a gourmet meal for two at Benihana in Piccadilly then all you need do is log on to www.majorint.com and answer two simple questions about Japanese cuisine. Download the entry form and bring it with you to Hotelympia where you will be entered into a prize draw. "Caterers are always pushed for time and so we always like to make it worthwhile for them taking time out to see us. We have several exciting new products at the show, Nathan Outlaw will be introducing our new shellfish bases and Benihana will be using our Thai, oriental and piri-piri Mari-Base marinades in a range of creative dishes with taste testing on the hour. "To top it all we have a gourmet meal for two at Benihana up for grabs in our competition," said Major's managing director David Bryant.
