Taking place on Wednesday 5th September from 10am to 4pm, courtesy of Lockhart Catering Equipment, the show will feature live cooking demonstrations, food samples and top tips from Michelin-starred chef Mark Sargeant.
Visitors can also expect to see the latest gadgets from manufacturers such as Rational, Frima International, Winterhalter, Steelite International, Churchill China, Dudson, Gram, Falcon Foodservice, Lincat, Elia International, T&G Woodware and many more.

A highlight of the day will be the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes tour of the London 2012 Olympic Venue, including the kitchens - which cater for up to 90,000 people in a 20 minute half-time interval, plus the changing rooms, press box, Royal box and pitch side.
