Abstract
Andrew Lynch, chief executive Officer of SSP – The Food Travel Experts, is confirmed as the keynote speaker for the Arena September lunch - 'Food on the Move'.
Lynch will talk through the creation of SSP within Compass to its evolution under private equity ownership and the challenges encountered along the way. The business employs more than 30,000 staff across over 30 countries and operates more than 2,150 food and beverage units serving customers in over 400 travel locations in airports and railway stations.
Attendees at the event will also enjoy a pre-lunch drinks reception offering networking opportunities with senior professionals from across the industry, and a three-course lunch with wine prepared by executive chef Simon Young and his team at The Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel.
Tickets cost £120 plus VAT for Arena members and £155 plus VAT for non members.
The networking event takes place on Friday 24 September 2010 at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, London.
