ISS launches two new food brands for workplace catering
Abstract
ISS, a workplace experience and facility management company, is ‘revolutionising’ its retail food services for workplaces with the launch of two new brands ‘The Place’ and ‘The Whole Grain’.

ISS gathered insights from its own experts and beyond, canvassing input from employees, external stakeholders and more than 700 customers — resulting in two new dining concepts designed to deliver agile food services suitable for a variety of workplaces. ISS serves more than one million meals worldwide every day.

Dan Corlett, managing director of workplace services at ISS UK & Ireland, said: “We’re delighted to be launching our two new food retail brands, The Place and The Whole Grain, which will help to enhance the food service experience and satisfaction of our consumers.

“Having showcased the potential for the brands at a roadshow event, we’re really excited about the potential for ISS to lead the way in this environment and for the new brands to flourish in the coming months.”

The Place offers a hearty nutritious take on ‘comfort food’ classics — quickly and conveniently served up in comfortable spaces where customers can escape and recharge, helping them to refocus and sustain energy throughout the working day.

The Whole Grain offers a restaurant-quality alternative to the ‘same everyday’ high street meal deal, with appealing menus that provide customers with a wide range of delicious dining options, from healthy and nutritious to comforting and indulgent.

Hannah Hughes, marketing & retail concept director at ISS UK & Ireland, added: “We’ve listened to our clients and consumers about what they want from our retail food services, and we couldn’t be happier to announce our new brands.

“As a leader in retail food services, ISS understands the importance of providing the right food and beverage choices that align to the needs of clients and our consumers, delivering nutritious and sustainable food. We look forward to watching these brands grow and help to enhance the workplace food offering for our clients.”
