Aviko has announced the return of its Great British Breakfast competition and is encouraging operators to enter and share what makes their breakfast great.
The 2016 competition will feature a ‘Best Hot Breakfast’ category, as well as ‘Best British Breakfast On-The-Go’.
Mohammed Essa, general manager UK and Ireland at Aviko, said: “There are so many exciting and innovative operators out there so we’re really looking forward to seeing how they’re taking their breakfast menus to the next level – whether that’s with interesting flavour combinations or unique presentation ideas – and rewarding them for their efforts.”
