Abstract
Meadowvale’s first branded food service product range Goodness Me! launched over 25 years ago and since then it has become ‘central’ to public sector catering from healthcare to education.

Meadowvale Foods has unveiled its most sustainable range yet, using responsibly sourced palm oil, with reduced salt & allergens, no phosphates and fully recyclable packaging.

Wendy Harrison, catering manager at St Cyril's Rehabilitation Unit, said: “The new Goodness Me! range is perfect for our patients. I can use them with confidence knowing that it’s the highest quality chicken that is reduced salt and free from phosphates which is massive tick for our patient’s dietary requirements, and most important of all is that our patients love it! The packaging is now fully recyclable another great detail to this range.”

Meadowvale Foods is a supplier of fully cooked & individually quick-frozen poultry products to the food service sector.

Nigel O’Donnell, managing director of Meadowvale Foods, wanted to continue to serve healthy chicken whilst also reducing their impact on the environment. The new look Goodness Me! packaging is now fully recyclable, eliminating at least nine tonnes of plastic going to landfill every year.
