FutureChef celebrates its 10th birthday

The FutureChef 2010 National Final, which will be taking place on 22nd March 2010 at Westminster Kingsway College, London, is celebrating its 10th birthday.
This event will see the culmination of a 12 month programme involving almost 8,000 12 – 16 year olds who have cooked their way through the four stages of FutureChef. A high profile panel of Judges, lead by David Mulcahy of Sodexo, will decide the winner of FutureChef 2010. Judges this year include Cyrus Todiwala, John Williams, Theo Randall and Lesley Waters. The winner of the contest will receive a range of prizes including the grand prize donated by Hilton Worldwide of an all expenses paid trip to Rome staying at the prestigious Rome Cavalieri, part of the Waldorf Astoria Collection. They will also receive £500 cash courtesy of City & Guilds and a Titanium Chef machine from Kenwood. The Winner's School receives vouchers to the value of £350, provided by Bunzl Lockhart.
