Free seminars at Hospitality 2011

The seminars will be staged during the three days of the show – aiming to give visitors the tools to succeed in the market place. They will cover a range of issues including developing a new hotel, sustainability, legal guidance, tricks of the design trade, public relations and better business advice. Some will be hosted by well-known figures from the hospitality, leisure and culinary worlds including Alex Polizzi, Channel Five Hotel Inspector and proprietor of Hotel Endsleigh who will discuss what makes a successful hotel and how to create one (12.00-12.45 on 24th January). Meanwhile Robbie Bargh, bar consultant and owner of gorgeousgroup, will provide his expertise on creating the perfect bar in another seminar (12.00-12.45 on 26th January) and Silvena Rowe, celebrity chef and executive chef for the Baltic Restaurant Group and Shamil Thakrar, co-founder of self-styled Bombay café, Dishoom, will team up to discuss their industry success stories (14.00-14.45 on 26th January).
