Stephen Welch, chair of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) Ireland Region said: “Last year the standard of entries was very impressive and we hope to see even more entries into this year’s awards, reflecting the outstanding quality of execution within this field.
“This is also a significant year for BIFM as it celebrates 20 years of representing and promoting the interests of members and the wider FM community.”
He added that the awards celebrated excellence and recognised outstanding achievements, projects and those teams and individuals who had made a significant contribution to the development of the FM industry in Ireland, and in particular workplace services within the industry, including catering, security, cleaning, maintenance, energy, IT or health & safety.
This year’s award categories include FM Professional of the Year, FM Team of the Year and FM Project of the Year.
