Abstract
Unilever UK, The Menu Shop and Southern Foodservice are just some of the exhibitors lined up for the 2010 Bournemouth Hotel and Catering Show.
The show, which will be held on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th March at the Bournemouth International Centre, will create a meeting place for buyers and sellers and offer them the opportunity to taste the latest products, try new equipment, discover solutions and trends as well as compare suppliers.
Show features will include the Cookery Theatre, sponsored by Unilever Foodsolutions and Bournemouth & Poole College, where a host of leading and local chefs will provide exciting demonstrations using locally sourced produce.
Also staged during the two days will be the Wessex Salon Culinaire in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs and WorldSkills UK and sponsored by Nestle Professional CHEF and Coastline Produce.
The contest will include the WorldSkills UK Cooking, Confectionery and Restaurant Services competitions. WorldSkills UK is a set of over 70 dynamic skills competitions held nationally and regionally.
