The guide features advice on seasonal cooking, guidance on allergens and tips from chef peers, including chairman of the British Culinary Federation, Matt Davies.

For every download made during September and October, Essential Cuisine will donate £5 to the Culinary Ability Awards, the not-for profit social enterprise that enables people with disabilities to flourish in the hospitality industry.
