Contract caterer Elior UK has launched a new range of breakfast concepts designed to help workplace restaurants create more sales opportunities.
The concepts have been developed to turn workplace restaurants into all day dining destinations and reflect high street trends such as American-style ‘Club Breakfast’ and ‘City Bakes Co.’
Lorraine Herbert, Elior UK promotions manager, said: “One in seven breakfasts is now eaten out of home and 69% of these are eaten at work – an ideal opportunity for sites to increase daily sales. Similarly, an enticing afternoon snack offer is another great tactic to drive footfall after the lunch rush has died down.”
The City Bakes Co. and Club Breakfast concepts join the recently launched lunch concepts, including a new buttermilk chicken offer.
