Abstract
Drake & Morgan has appointed Marcus Brownlow as property director to oversee the nationwide expansion of the brand.
Brownlow brings with him 25 years of experience in the property industry and will oversee acquisitions in London and regionally throughout the rest of the UK.
His previous roles include heading up the property division at Coffee Republic, growing the brand from 30 stores to over 100; directing the locations for Compass Group’s specialist brands, from high street sites, travel hubs, service stations and stadiums; opening 20 new sites with food travel specialists SSP; and most recently heading up the acquisitions team at EAT.
Drake & Morgan, founded in 2008, is a bar and restaurant group with nine sites across London, the group is expanding nationally with an Edinburgh site due to open next year.
