The 19 graduates have been working across the company’s nationwide catering contracts and completed a variety of apprenticeships at intermediate and advanced level, including hospitality, supervision & leadership, food production & cookery, and team leading.
Rob Burford, talent and succession manager at Dine Contract Catering, said: “We recognise that in order to provide the very best service for our clients we must commit to training and developing all levels of our workforce and we saw that in the cross section of people who attended today. We have enjoyed an excellent relationship with HIT Training and with their help predict even more achievers over the next 12 months.”
The graduating apprentices have all gained their qualifications with HIT Training, the apprenticeship supplier for the hospitality industry.
