Contract caterer Sodexo names Angela Williams as HR chief

Contract services provider Sodexo has appointed Angela Williams as its new human resources (HR) director in charge of personnel issues. She formally starts the role on May 1st.

Her experience includes similar positions with British Gas/Centrica, Land Securities Group and Electronic Arts, where she was responsible for staffing matters across 16 countries. She has also worked internationally with the Walt Disney Company, B.H. Blackwell and Exxon Mobil.

Currently also a non-executive director with FirstCare and Central and Cecil Housing Trust, she retains a place on the CBI Employment and Skills Board.

Debbie White, Sodexo UK and Ireland chief executive, said: "Angela comes with great experience from a number of roles that will make her a fantastic asset to Sodexo.”
