The new contract will start officially on July 5th following a single procurement process that began in April last year. A three-month implementation period starts next month.
The contract will be for an initial period of three years and nine months (excluding the three-month implementation period), with a possible additional two-year extension, subject to contract performance.

NHS Supply Chain manages the sourcing, delivery and supply of healthcare products, services and food for NHS trusts and healthcare organisations across England and Wales.
