The high street style café will provide with hot and cold hand crafted beverages, a variety of food from sushi, a choice of salads and freshly-prepared sandwiches, with access to a large seating area for 49 people.
Louise Pilkington, marketing director for Compass Group UK & Ireland, said: “We created the original concept to respond to customer demand for great coffee, delicious food and a welcoming place to take a break or work, throughout the day.
“The offer has been built on three pillars: provenance, seasonality and nutrition. The focus of the brand is “freshly prepared and locally sourced” and the new site includes a display, which conveys to the client and customers where the products have come from.
“Every detail of Caffé Dallucci has been thought through from the perspective of the customer, from the look and feel, design of the food display, the menu options and the quick and easy pay system, ensuring staff on site are able to access high quality food options in a great environment.”
Compass first launched the Caffé Dallucci brand at its Chertsey headquarter site last year.
