The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards are seen as the chefs’ Oscars recognising the exceptional talent across the whole of our industry.
He is based at The Grange Care Home in Newport, Essex, where he produces daily fine dining for 40 residents.
After a year when the Craft Guild of Chefs recognised culinary heroes, the Awards are returning for 2022 in their usual way.
In the video he said: “The Craft Guild of Chefs, ‘the Oscars of the chef industry’, is inviting people right now to enter and nominate those culinary heroes that we believe deserve recognition.
The chefs were nominated by their peers and selected as winners by a panel of judges.
The Craft Guild of Chefs have chosen to change their awards for 2021 to recognise the work of chefs across the country who have stood up and put people and their community first.
