Caterers could win up to £10,000 with Heinz

17th Jun 2009 - 00:00
Abstract
Heinz Foodservice is giving caterers the chance to instantly win up to £10,000 when they buy one of the brand's renowned sachet ranges from August to October.
During the Bank on Heinz promotion, which runs from August to October, every case of seven of the hero products from within the Heinz sachet range will have a scratch card inside, which reveals a unique code. A text later, operators will find out whether they are a winner. There are more than 8,500 cash prizes to be won with cases of Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Heinz Mayonnaise, HP Brown Sauce, Heinz Salad Cream, Heinz Tartare, Heinz Light Mayo and HP BBQ. Tal Drori, brand manager for Heinz Foodservice, said Bank on Heinz aims to give something back to operators: "Consumer confidence has suffered in the past year and there is increasing distrust in business. Customers want to see operators keeping promises, improving the quality of products, services and the 'experience' through offering a strong emotional connection and empathising with their worries. "Displaying Heinz branded sachets in outlets helps reassure consumers during these uncertain times and, by reinforcing loved brands, there is less chance of alienating loyal customers. We also hope the Bank on Heinz promotion will raise awareness of the range available and act as a further incentive for caterers to trial products, while creating excitement in the sachet range during what is predicted to be a cracker of a summer." Heinz Foodservice's sachet range comes in cases of 200 x 12g sachets and are specially designed to put a stop to leaks and spoilages. To take part, caterers imply need to send their winning card to the address stated along with your details to redeem your prize. There are 2 x £10,000, 5 x £1,000, 50 x £100, 1,000 x £20, 2,500 x £10 and 5,000 x £5 cash prizes to be won – which must be redeemed by 31st January 2010.
